The PROFILE Module of CTOME

Apply fitting function on data series

This example below shows the PROFILE module applied to the treatment of 7 files simultaneously. The data are fitted with a step function

Interpolation of data

This example below shows the PROFILE module applied to the treatment of 4 files simultaneously. The data are interpolated with a spline function

Calculation of rate of transition

This example below shows the PROFILE module applied to the treatment of 4 files simultaneously. The transition is normalized with a lever rule function, then smoothed and derivated for the evaluation of the rate of change in the parameter dilation.

Treatment of noisy data

This example below shows the PROFILE module applied to the treatment of 8 files simultaneously. The data are first smoothed, then the derivative is calculated and finally a interpolate function is applied to the derivative.

Application of Lever rules on data.

This example below shows the PROFILE module applied to the treatment of Dilatation data. A Lever rule algorithm is applied to the heating portion in order to evaluate the kinetics of the transitions for each curve. The data are then smoothed and finally a derivative is applied to evaluate the rate of change for this parameter.

Capture

Exporting data as a figure.

This example below shows the PROFILE module used to export your calculation as a figure. A dedicated wizard allows you to create your output image as a png, jpeg or eps.
